Way too loud and way too disfunctional

Very weird place. There needs to be some kind of quite hours or something. Management sucks and lets people party as late as they want. I have to call the police if I want it to stop. Also, the adobe complex is right next to the hospital so I also have to put up with sirens every few hours. Location is bad as well. Its a few miles from the nearest post office, a few miles from campus, and a few miles from downtown. The air conditioning is wacked; it either doesn't turn off or doesn't start. Thank god fireworks are illegal in this town. Parking space is tiny and my small car barely fits. This place sucks.
