I lived here when the change of management took place, and I think the other bad reviews are over-exaggerated. I had a new air conditioner installed which also provided heat (the heat in the living room from the gas fireplace is inadequate), and other problems taken care of in a timely manner after this change.
Overall it was a quiet place to live, although because all of the apartments surround the pool it could be noisy when people were hanging around the pool at night.
