Not a good place to live anymore

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
 
Administration was good for first 4 years of my stay. It went down hill when owner of the apartment complex took charge. She is money orientated, unprofessional person who absolutely have a language problem. It was very difficult to make her understand about our problems.
