This complex had real potential.

The floorplan is nice and unique with lots of closets.

But, the inside of the apartments are falling apart and the owners don?t care enough to fix the place up.

They are concentrating on the outside appearance (which is always in a state of construction with terrible and loud workers) and not taking care of the essentials.

The saving grace of this complex has always been the managment which has changed since last fall.

The owners have taken over management and the situation there has steadily decreased since.

There is no managment or maintenance located at the complex.

Managment is slow in responding, in fact they go out of their way to avoid their tenants.

Maintenance, when it can be gotten, is inefficient and of poor quality and obviously being done by laborers with few skills.

This use to be a nice, small, quiet complex with great tenants and a friendly atmosphere.

This has changed as well.

The owners are only concerned about making money and rent to anyone.

All the good tenants are leaving and so am I.

The owners/managers are only interested in making money and to do so, they raise rents every year and then don?t put any money back into the place.

They have continuously cut down trees and poured everything over with concrete to the point that the apartment has lost any charm it use to have.

I would definitely warn any potential renters to avoid this complex.
