I loved this place while I was there, but about the time I moved out, management "changed", and many negative changes happened. I have friends who still live there, and I know that many trees have been removed (for what reason'''''), eliminating much privacy and shade for the apartments, and bringing into question the "Gardens" in the name.

Even when I was there, any work I saw done by outside contractors seemed to be poorly done, not to standard, and often not fixing the original problem. This seems to have gotten much worse, now including workmen appearing with no notice given to tenants and working early morning hours.
