Friendly management, lots of sq. ft. for the price

I've lived in this apartment complex for a year, and the management is super nice and very responsive to any problems. There is always parking in the parking lot, and on the street. The apartments are the biggest 1 bedrooms in Davis, AND they're some of the least expensive. Nice porches, huge walk-in closet, new windows, newer appliances, and they're all getting new bathrooms (one-by-one). The neighborhood is quiet, and you can hardly ever hear the freeway. The only thing I don't like are the washers (I prefer to use front-loaders to save water).
