I cannot tell you the nightmare of living here.

Management keeps changing because every single one is horrible.

Eddy, the guy that is here now, is friendly when he's trying to get you to sign a lease, but afterwards he is a complete jerk.

Not only is he unfriendly, but often violent and argumentative.

I choose not to argue with him, but I have seen him get into fights with several tenants.

This is not the environment I want to live in.

The units are aging considerably and things are falling apart left and right.

The management is totally unresponsive to repair requests.

They simply say the complaint has been logged and don't do a thing about it.

In addition, I have seen rats here on several occasions and have had ants invade constantly.

It got so bad, I was often staying at a friend's place.

My roomates girlfriend had her car stolen and another person that lives in this complex had their car window smashed and broken into.

There is plenty of parking if you are daring enough to trust your car in the lot.

I heard that this was a good place to live and was pleased with the apartment that they showed to me, but my experience here has been nothing short of horrible.

I hope that other people will read this review and not get suckered into the same trap.

I have spoken with other tenants and they have had many of the same problems.

There are much better places to live in Davis and I suggest you think long and hard before choosing this complex as your residence for a long, grueling year.
