Aggie Square

 

During my stay at Aggie Square, I was forced to deal with four managers, one of whom turned out to be a she-beast that spit at your face and ate little children.

When I plan on staying at an apartment, I shouldn't have to deal with all of the additional baggage that apathetic and very incompetent managers uneccesarily place on their tenants.

This was my experience at Aggie Square.

At times you would be suprised that the water was actually working when it was supposed to, or you could open your front door without finding a fix it note attached to it.

During the winter, the parking lot will flood, I say will, becuase even though every heavy rain results in a flood, they fail to fix it, come to think of it, I don't recall seeing anybody attempting to fix it, so for future residence be prepared for a flooded parking lot (BTW...it's not the leaves from the trees becuase they have groundsmen cleaning up all of that stuff at about 6:30 every morning).

I've had to write several letters to the owners of Aggie Square becuase I could no longer work with the manager.

I continued writing letters well after moving out becuase they didn't give my deposit back.

The problem was that even though I spent about a week and a half cleaning it and had the manager inspect it with me, the manager left shorlty after I moved out, and the new manager inspected it, and didn't know what she was doing.

Many letters later, I got the deposit back.

So, unless your studying to become a lawyer and enjoy confrontation, don't waste your time with this place.
