One of the biggest perks of living in this complex was the location. It's directly across the street from one shopping center and just a couple blocks from another. Also, there are plenty of bus lines that stop nearby (including on that stops right in front).

Parking is also excellent here. There is always plenty of extra space, as well as street parking.

The current manager is also very friendly and helpful. From reading the reviews it seems that the past managers have been awful, but that seems to have been sorted out.

My apartment was very spacious for a one bedroom. I appreciated all the extra storage-- something I hadn't found in other Davis complexes. I lived alone, but it was more than enough room for two people.

I can occasionally hear my neighbors through the walls, but it is no more than any other apartment complex. Unfortunately, this is just the downside of living in a building with others!

The security deposit does seem excessive compared to other places, however they do not require last month's rent at lease signing. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

the price is indeed low compared to other places, but keep in mind that you get what you pay for in my opinion, 04-05's manager was just as terrible as any of the past ones probably were
