horrible management

for both check in and check out, they missed our appointment times by over an hour and they had their friends helping them so no one knew anything

lost portion of security deposit for:
"not dusting off kitchen and chandalier bulbs"
"smudges on light switches"
"dirty spots" in a bathtub that a plumber is working on caulking on and wearing dirty shoes in while our apt is checking out...

in one years time, the apt needed a new sink/desposal, stove/oven, water main, and water heater...

none of which tenants were responsible for.
