Aggie Square is quiet, most noise is from the traffic on Covell. The grounds are well kept and pretty. The location is very convenient, whether you drive or ride the bus. It's across the street from a shopping center; so there's easy access to groceries, gas, and some fast food. If you have a car you can always find a close spot, but at night you have to walk a little further. The management is nice, and work at getting your maintenance requests done ASAP. There are only a few downsides. The appliances are relatively old, so PG&E bills are a little high. Major changes (i.e. new windows) havent reached all apartments. The carpets are a bit old and dingy, but theyre not that gross.
