Nice apartment, good neighborhood, mediocre management

The apartments are nice and well maintained. The neighborhood is excellent and I overall feel safe. The maintenance crew does a good job.
The office staff is not very accommodating to residents.
(ex. They would not allow me to change my parking spot to one closer to my apartment "just because", although there were several open spots available much, much, closer to my apartment. In addition to my parking spot being extremely far from my apartment, the plants on the side of it are always overgrown and I have to literally walk through all off the plants to get to my car. And, the sprinklers are always getting my parked car wet. Also, they would not put a military clause in my lease so that if I had to change duty stations, I would not be penalized for breaking my lease early.)
In addition, although there is a pool, everytime I have been in it, there seems to be a slimy, salty film in it. (Like sweaty people have been in it and it hasn't been chlorinated.) The same goes for the spa. There is a slimy film that you can feel when you sit down in it.
