Poor management since new owners purchased property and only fair-to-poor maintence quality. Previous maintence and managament staff were superior. The new company also has violated Civic Code Section 1950.5, which requires that within three weeks (21 days) after the resident has vacated the unit the deposit be returned. My husband and I personally have experienced this violation and I know of additional tenants who have encountered this problem as well. Up until the new management took over, we were satisified with our decision to live at Alder Ridge and had recommended it.
Additional issues: In late 2004 early 2005 there were several (8 ) car break-ins at the complex. We encountered mold issues living on ground floor and experienced 3 water leaks. Difficult to find adequate parking if you have two cars.
