Just an example, I couldn't get the bathroom florescent light fixture off to change the light when it burnt out. Even though I had purchased the florescent tube, when I asked managment for help to change it, they presented me with a bill for $7.50. (I guess labor charge.) By the way even maintence had a hard time taking off the fixture and chipped the end. My car was broken into twice, and they refused to assign me a safer spot.

Iether you dont know where you live or youre just out to smear names. Alder Ridge doesnt have 'florescent tubes' for thier bathrooms. Also - what the hell is a 'safer spot'? Is an underground entrace that only you have the opener for? Maybe its surrounded by guard dogs... Your review sucks and is completely biased to try to ruin the name of a good property.

I've had maintenance change the light in my bathroom on more than one occassion without any problem and without being presented with a bill.

Ever since new management took over in May of this year, I have seen much more professionalism and overall improvement around the apartments. I have never seen a bill for any of my maintenance requests.
