To the people who posted below, you guys really need to grow up!

To the person who had this to say: "My car was broken into twice, and they refused to assign me a safer spot." You need to realize that there is no such thing as a 'safe' parking spot - I don??t care where you live - auto crime is easy and quick and it happens all the time, you cant stop it and its sure as hell isn??t the management's job to guard your car after hours - get a brain and buy an alarm.

Maintenance has yet to provide me with anything less than exceptional service on the same day (even during the heat wave with a NON air-conditioning problem).

The apartments are spacious, clean, and a pleasure to call home - I wouldn??t live anywhere but the best I could afford - and this is it.

Yeah, there are a lot of college students, but this is a college town. I live right by the pool and there was a 2 week period where idiotic college kids would jump in the pool at 3-330am, you cant blame management for that, however - once they found out about it and notified the responsible party - it has yet to happen again.

I call that responsive and excellent management.

Overall, this property has no more problems than any other I've lived in and has yet to disappoint me.
