I have read some of the responses and thought I would contribute some of my own thoughts. I find the community to be very quiet and safe. My car has never been vandalized! My neigbors and those that I know throughout the community are polite and reasonable. The only problem I have had with parking is that tenants will allow their guest to park in my spot at times. The new management sent out a notice that has helped fix that problem.

The Grounds are very well kept. The management has done several things to the outside of the community such as painting and paving to make Alder Ridge physically appealing. The laundry facility is always clean and well-kept as is the pool and spa.

In all honesty, I have had challenges with the maintenance. Its not because the maintence works have not been skilled or that their has been any slack on their part. ConAm, the managing company, only sees value in having one maintenance professional because of the size of the community. This makes it hard to recieve timely service at times. However, when you are service, you are satisfied.

I find the staff to be pleasant. In the year that I have lived in the community, I have seen two different staffs. Thhe current staff is friendly and reasonably available.

Overall, I find the community to be a nice place to live.
