Manager = Rude and Careless Vehicle Vandalism Nosie Noise Noise!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The property manager is always rude to her tenants once lease is signed and has a careless attitude when you ask for repairs or have issues with loud rap music noise from neighbors at 9 to 4 am. There are random break ins and vehicle vandalism, trash will be left in walkways for days and or even weeks, never sweeps/cleans upstairs cement areas near doors.
