I've read some of the responses and disagree with half of them. I've been a residence here at Alder Ridge for over two years. I'm very satisfied with the apartment complex as a hold and defintely the "new management".

I seen several managers and leasing agents come and go for whatever reason. The new manager seems to value the tenants and will go out of her way in helping. The parking lot and scrubbery are well taken care of. The pool has never ever been dirty and finding parking has its moments but for the most part is okay. I admit I own two vehicles and that could probably explain the lack of parking.


The new staff is very professional and informative. My job requires for me to work late evenings and on many occasions I noticed the office was open and the manager was available (To my suprise) for questioning.

I've also noticed a consirable amount of repairs and area beautification. Before the new management this placed looked like a forest. All in all, Alder Ridge is a quiet and friendly. I've made a lot of friends here and love it here.
