I moved into a 0ne bedroom apt with the greatest of ease due to the efficient and enjoyable team at Alder Ridge Apts.. The apartment Manager Tracy along with her assistant Starla gave me a special in July and in Oct when I had an emergency and had to upgrade to a two bedroom again were extremely accommodating. Tracy called corporate to get an approval which was granted and Randy in maintenance made sure the apartment was ready in record time. I am so empressed with the new refridgerator, and all the upgrades in the apt. I feel the cost for rent is worth it!
The grounds are well manicured and lush! It is very quiet at night and I feel safe there! The parking area is well lit at night which I love when coming home late.
The staff all treats each other and the guests there very well. The office staff also offers cookies and coffee.
My experience has been a great one to date and I expect my stay during my lease will continue to be an enjoyable one.
