I think this complex is one of the better ones in Davis. The rooms are large, there is adequate parking, and the management is very friendly. We had one small (unavoidable) problem with our apartment, and it was taken care of immediately. There are less students here and the area is mostly quiet. I would recommend Alder Ridge Apartments to anyone!
