I lived at Alder Ridge for a year while I was going to school at UC Davis. The staff was helpful and problems were fixed fast. The location was great, right on the P and Q lines for Unitrans and at the beginning of a bike trail that leads you right into campus. I recently graduated from UC Davis and could no longer afford to live in Davis, but I do recommend Alder Ridge.
