If you are looking for an apartment where you can do party anytime and turn on music late night, this is the best place.
Management will never mind your noise and they will blame the residents who complain you.
If you ask fixing anything, they usually take a few days or even week and the the skill of the fixing is "F" (Sometimes you should fix it again).
Actually, this apartment is for subsidized rental, so you may encounter lots of low-income rental family(I do not blame their low income but they are sometimes out of control). You should expect lots of annoying kids playing over the apartment.
The manager and the front desk guy always say "I'll do that." if you request something but actually they do not remember it when you leave the office.
They inspect apartment but I believe they just enjoy watching your room and your stuffs. When they inspect my upper floor they stayed about half hour(no resident that time) but they leave early if anyone stays at home. If they inspect, you better stay.
One more thing! Don't worry about parking. Even though they give you the parking permit but they never check it and you can park as many cars as you want.(You have a visitor with a car' No Problem!)
It's looks new but the floor is shouting whenever you walk and pluming is so bad. Water leaking will be your best friend.
