The managers here are completely useless. Managers pawn responsibility onto the maintenance men and the maintenance men on the managers, but in the end, NOTHING gets done. Our air conditioner was not working and they told us it's because we had to put it down to 70 degrees since it was 100 outside. We have a ---- roach problem that came from the tenants beneath us, were told that we would have terminators in every other week, but haven't seen one in weeks! What kind of bull is that' All the managers do is smoke outside and yell at each other. Our refrigerator is missing some shelves and has a broken vegetable drawer and has not been fixed in a year's time period. They're really good at promising, but horrible at following through. If you want to live at a place that has good management DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

I agree with the above review. I was in the process of leasing a one bedroom/ one bathroom apartment from this place. They were very quick to get my application processed, and have me place a $250 dollar holding fee(which is only refundable within 3 days)to hold my place. They promised me that my move in date was going to be in the middle of the month. Well that day came and went. When I did call in to tell them I have decided to go with another complex, Theresa the manager then tried to pawn the responsibility on me by telling me that I told her "I did not need to move in until the end of the month." They promise but they do not follow through. Stay away.

The management here seems to be incompetent and very uncaring. Just as the person above, we actually never received the apartment we signed a lease on, and put down a deposit on. They did not call me, and every time I called to ask when the apartment would be ready, it was always another few days, another week, two weeks, etc. They had no consideration for the fact that people need to have a move-in date. When I asked for a letter to void the lease, with a reason why, the manager threatened to "call someone" because I was "harassing" her. We were going to be homeless because of this place. Completely unprofessional and bizarre.
