Allegre is relatively new and therefore doesn't come with some of the problems of older places. However, I'm on a tight budget, and I paid more for sharing a room than I would have paid for a full room myself. The staff is nice, and the repairs are done quickly. Although I don't have a car here, my roommates are always struggling for parking spots, and there aren't many nearby the complex if you have friends coming by.
