I've lived in Allegre for 2 1/2 years and every time my apartment needs a repair management fixes it within a week. We've had many minor problems such as battery and light bulb expiration, but still management came to replace it. As far as noise level, yes it can get pretty loud on Thursdays and weekends, but what do you expect South Davis is the party central. If you do choose to live in Allegre, it can get expensive but if you find a good amount of people to share you can pay around $300 for a shared room. Oh, and I found out that Allegre is among one of the few apartment complexes to have a computer lab w/ internet access. The only problems I have had is that walls are really thin (so neighbors can be heard), and parking is a dreadful.
