What a better place to live' Bob, the grounds guy rocks, any problems, he WILL take care of it. Our AC was leaking, and within 1 day it was fixed. The pool and hot tub close at 10, which sucks, but it's super close to Safeway and Rite Aid, and about a 10 min bike ride to campus. I've always found parking, but that is during the summer. Great place to live, I'm very happy here!
