I lived at Allegre for about half a year lease ends around July/August '07.

I live in a 4 bedroom(1master bedroom) 5 room apt. 1 kitchen. 1.5 bathrooms. (.5) because one of them is in the master bedroom.

The kitchen comes with fridge, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, sink. We had to get/pay our own cable and internet separate. Theres a small pool and sauna, its clean and has good maintenance. (trust me I know, I worked as a swim instructor for a few years so I know what clean/not clean water looks/feels/tastes like.)You have to rent out the personal washer/dryer for a small fee.

Pros: If you want a decent place thats close to campus this is great. About a 10-12min bike ride to campus, there is a very nice bike path right in the back of the apartment. 5min Walk to the bus stop if u want to take the bus.

New Management, really professional and on top of things. Gets things fixed etc.. really quick. Maintenance checks your place for problems on a regular(monthly') basis, like to see if there is mold or if anything needs to be done, without your asking.

Safeway is 1 block away.

Cons: When it rains, ants are there.Though when I contacted the management they sent
an ant exterminator guy that promptly came the next day. He left some ant baits that I used later on. *tip, place a water bottle cap filled with water next to the ant bait.*

The Shower pressure=terrible.

I moved in when when they put in new carpet, it killed my vacuum cleaner. >:(

Don't drive after 8p.m. on weekdays or you won't find parking later.

Its quite during the weekdays, but on weekends it can get a little noisy...parties' I dunno. At odd hours I hear random shouts when ppl r drunk maybe *shrug.

Overall if you don't have any special needs other then a quite decent place, for a normative price. I think its an okay place to be.
