I've lived in Allegre for 3 years. The management and maintenance guy (Bob) are realy nice and helpful. I've called plenty of times for stuff to be fixed and they get on it fast fast fast! they also do random checks to see if stuff works, like AC and stuff. It's expensive to live here, but if you're a resident and you talk to the manager, you might get a discounted price for resigning your lease! believe me, I did that 2 years in a row. I was able to get $400 off my monthly rent for a 4 bdroom and last summer, I negotiated a $250 reduction on a 3bd townhouse. But that was when the former manager Bev was there, I dunno how negotiable the new manager is. The only negative stuff about this place is the parking and security deposit. Parking is free, but limited if you come home at night. It's a first come, first serve basis. Also, if your friends come over, their cars will get towed if they park in the parking lot without a permit! be warned! seen it happen many times. Be careful of the cleaning lady they hire to clean the apartments after you move out. Last year was crazy due to many people moving to different units, so they hired some cleaning lady who would go in and clean after you leave. She charges how much cleaning she did (a full cleaning, partial cleaning) and then charges it to the apartment, who then charges her cost onto your security deposit. The cleaning lady basically lied and said she had to do a full clean in our apartment when we cleaned that place like new and the management didn't double check how much cleaning we needed.. So, beware of the cleaning lady they hired, or I suggest doing a walk through with both management and shady cleaning lady together!
