I agree! Avoid this place if it's possible. We currently pay 1995 for a 4 bdrm/2 bth and we received a letter on our door saying if we renew our lease we'll only have 2 pay $1600 and month. So we went in to renew our lease and James told us we were mistaken and said actually our rent up to $2400. So we are trying to find another place asap.
