Allegre is a really nice apartment complex. It is in a quiet neighborhood, great for college students :) The rent is much lower than other South Davis apartments, for a matching or better floor plans. I currently live in a 3 bed 2 bath town house and I love the coziness in my house. The loft is spacious enough to make it into a study lounge, so if you don't want to be stuck in your room before your midterm, you still have a place to study comfortably. Their parking lot is huge and parking spots are almost always available. The management people are awesome too, warm cookies are available daily in the office. I don't know why people think Allegre is such a bad apartment, I love this place :)
