Of three apartments I've lived in, Alvarado Parkside was my favorite. The townhouse that I lived in was enormous, especially for the price I was paying. I could park right in front of my door and there's plenty of parking for friends. They don't get towed away for visiting, unlike other apartments.

Most of the people living here are families. The walls are noise insulated too. Pretty quiet.

Someone did break into my car here and steal my stereo, but this is a very big problem everywhere in Davis.

Albertson's is walking distance away and there are 2 F line stops close to the apartment.

The manager, Diane, is awesome. She is the best landlady you could ask for. Maintenance problems are fixed very quickly. Most of the appliances are on the old side, but they were built to last. Our dishwasher was 70's lime green, but it was still going strong.

Highly recommended complex! I regret leaving.
