Disclaimer: I lived here for 3 months, way back in 1993. The complex appears to have taken a major turn for the worse since then, as complexes often do.

Back then it was a pretty nice place. The grounds were wooded and I had a great ground-level 1-bedroom unit with a patio and lots of shade. The management was nice enough to give me a 3-month lease (for $550/month), which is almost unheard of in a college town (I transferred away from UCD). A pretty long bike ride to campus.

One downside: I had a bike stolen from an outdoor rack, but then again, I only had it locked to itself, and was glad to be rid of it, as I was moving in a few weeks.
