Alvarado Sunset Apartments

A TOTAL DISASTER From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   The landlord is never around, even if you do manage to track her down nothing will get done. There is poor management and the buildings are basically falling apart. The electrical wiring is shoddy to say the least.... The windows leak, the walls are so thin you can hear conversations next door. Everything is cheap and old, the appliances are cheap and the paint job is cheap and crappy. The garbage area and recycling are always disgusting and overflowing, people don't even take the time to throw their trash in the garbage bins. The apartments are expensive and you don't get anything in return compared with other places in Davis.
