Very Bad - STAY AWAY From: tonyrenter Date posted: 9/24/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Very Bad - theres about 3 management turnovers witihn my 1 year stay. The first manager never fixed crap - tries to play nice but lazy and never around. The second manager made a bunch of promises and seemed nice, but shes out in 2 months and now there's supposely another manager with a bunch of wild promises. Either management companies really suck now a days - or the owner is giving these managers shoe string budgets. I dont recommend this place. STAY AWAY. By the way, if there's any past residence who read up on this site - wonder if u guys are charged a lot for damage. When I first moved in, the walls are dirty, sinks and bathrooms are dirty.....everything was dirty, doors were breaking apart, big cracks on walls and etc....but in the end, they charged us for all the damage - it actually went over my deposit. IF any of you guys have the same problem, leave a negative review - and lets gather up and see if we could put our problems together and hit them all at once or plot some legal action .
