Nothing can be more worse than this apartment. The existing manager makes only a bunch of lip service and promises, but in reality it remains intact.
Each times you come to the office in order to ask for fixing someting, all you hear from the manager is the answer of manager, "OK, or I promise", but that's all
And you can't see the manager because she/he is away.
The rating of this apartment is the worst.
