Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
High rents, Currently poor management (though we have had better in past) High management turnover, poor maintainance (Have had a maintainance request in for two years) Management never in office. Clubhouse never available for use. Cockroaches, rats, mice. Bicycle thefts and car breakins and thefts.
