The rent is cheap and it is so close to Albernson. F bus line is right in front of the apt.

PPl who are saying it bad should compare to how much he pay. Ppl for $1600 for south davis housing. almost $600 difference.
if you want save money, Sunset is the place to live.
PS: student spend most of the time at school, who cares about where!! As long as it is CHEAP!
