This place is TERRIBLE. I'd rather live in a cave. The manager, Yvette, is lazy as hell. She sits around twittling her thumbs, making personal calls while on the job. She doesnt know how to be professional at all. She can't even control the maintenance team, they control her! The rent increases every year, and it's really not worth it. The walls are paper thin, and everything is painted over...walls...cupboards...everything!! Spiders seem to find their way into the apartment, doesn't matter if you're a clean freak like me, they'll find their way into your apartment.

They need to work on safety in this complex. There is very little lighting at night and that can be dangerous.

The laundry room is a laundry box. The machines are filthy and my clothes end up dirtier after I'm done washing them. I'd probably get my clothes cleaner if I washed them by hand. They also lowered the amt. of heat coming from the dryers. So now you have to put in even MORE money to get your clothes dry.
