These managers are corrupt and deceitful. They keep your whole deposit even when you scrub the place. They deduct for painting and carpet cleaning and then pocket the money without even doing it! They kept our deposit even though we left the place sparkling clean. When we went back to complain we got nowhere. We met the people who moved in after us and warned them. And guess what: the place had NOT been painted, and the carpets had NOT been cleaned.
Corruption! Boycott Alvarado Sunset!
