Changed my locks while I was on vacation with *no* notification (no phone call, no e-mail, no snail mail, no note on the door, nothing). When I confronted landlord, told she was not responsible (''') and that she could do this any time she wished. She then yelled at me when I dared threaten that this was illegal (is in fact de facto eviction). I'd strongly warn against this place.
