This place is horrible! No vents above the stove.

The smell of what you cooked and what everyone else cooked blends together in the hallways.

Smelt like barf.

We had a major mouse problem.

A mouse's hit me in the face one night and I woke up staring in disbelief.

Then when I came back from San Jose I found like 30 mouse feces all over my bed.

The bathroom has no fan so all the moisture flows over to the bedroom and it caused a major mildew problem with that crap growing all over the walls.

Speaking of the walls, they seemed to be very thin.

I could hear my neighbor talking on the phone word for word even at normal volume.

I wanted to add a second phone line but there were only 3 wires! I suspect this is the same for all the other apartments as well.

So forget about adding a 2nd line if you need it.

The management refused to let Pacbell do any wiring to add my second line.

On checkout, the management tries to take as much of your deposit as possible even for extremely minor stuff.

If you really don't want roommates and can put up with living in a dump then I guess this place is for you.
