Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1999
This complex is one of the cheapest but dirtiest one in Davis. I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone because:
1. Home of Registered Sex Offenders: it had MULTIPLE REGISTERED SEX OFFENDERS were living in 1998. Although all residents received a flyer about the fact this complex housed multiple sex offenders during that year, it didn't make us feel safe living there.
2. HOT and Dirty: The hallways got very hot in summer and some residents SMOKED in the hallway and trashed there.
3. Management's Retaintion of Security Deposit: They blamed us for several damages including pervious ones and NORMAL TEARS AND WEARS, such as a calcium deposit in a bathtub sitting there for years.
4. Unswimable Swimming Pool: bec ause it was full of bugs and they NEVER cleaned up.
