There was a rat in my apartment.
It was definitely a rat and not a mouse.
The management was not suprised in the least.
They came to check for holes behind the fridge and oven.
The thing got in under the sink.
2 calls.
I asked about their comprehensive pest management and plans to call an exterminator.
Total stonewalling.
When the hotwater heater in my building broke, it took them 4 days to replace it.
The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything.
The apartments get very hot.
Air does not circulate well.
So the living room/kitchen cools and heats well, but the bedroom is always the opposite of what you want.
When they decide to retar the parkinglot, they don't give us much notice.
Messages are "cute" and condescending.
It's no longer inexpensive.
It was always borderline, but even semi-satisfied people are moving because of the rent increase.
This place only survives, because students are desperate.
