the staff are ok and pretty helpful and there is a nice bbq area.

The apartments are reasonable.

It is the noise which is the worst thing you can hear your neighbours very clearly.

They also get very hot during the summmer and the a/c isnt so effective, plus you dont get all your depoist back despite cleaning really well.
