This apartment complex is very old. The plumbing, appliances and all structures are damaged or dysfunctional. We have had problems with plumbing, car damage/break-in/theft, "free" internet that is more hassle than it is worth, noise, and an inconcievably rude manager, Leslie. She, along with her policies, are unlike anything I have seen, in Davis or anywhere else.

If you should, for some reason, decide to live here, expect extra charges at every turn, constant maintenence, and insulting comments in response to any inquiries. Do your self a favor and do not live here.
