Overpriced and smell bad!

The apartments are located in a good area, reasonable access to downtown Davis. However there was always a foul odor in the hallways, and in the summertime, in the heat, without AC they were particularly foul. There was a 2 inch gap under my doorway. Landlords are fairly intrusive with apartment inspections, and the trash bins are located directly outside apartments...very noisy at 6-7am! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
