The managers are mean and rude. They have a very strong attitude on many meaningless stuffs. My roommates and I were CS majored and one day the manager came to my room to replace the alarm. She found that both of me and my roommates had laptops and computers, then she asked me to remove the computer, otherwise she will ask us to leave.

I think they are too involved in the rentee's perosnal lives. Moreover, since this apartment is so old and poorly maintained. You need to request for a fix quite often. However, the managers are unwilling to reponse you and they run their office from 10 to 4 only.

In addition, you will notice that no UPS, DHL or Fedx can reach you, as the managers never answer the phone nor to open the door.

I never lived in a place as worst as this.

Unless it was in your lease the number electronics allowed, she cannot legally evict you for having x number of computers. Let her try it and sue her ass in court!
