The place is pretty cheap. Reasonable monthly for a one-bedroom apt. They do provide Comcast cable for free. They also say they provide free high-speed wireless internet, but the internet service is a joke. My internet (and other fellow residents) is unreliable and only works about 20% of the time. In fact, my internet did not work for about six months consecutively. The management is pretty nice, but dumb when it concerns their internet. I had to finally get help from a friend who graduated from UCD with a degree in electrical/computer engineering to fix my internet service.
