Decent Place - Pretty Cheap

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2001
 
I lived at this place for a couple of years while going to school at Davis. The apartments are okay, but a little run down. Roaches were also occasionally a problem. But, the price is very fair, and the rooms are spacious. The management is about a 7 out of 10, and are pretty rapid to respond to problems.
