i have lived here and the state has decreased dramatically. Bushes overgrown everywhere, but they blow leaves every day. People partying every night, even during finals. Shopping carts are everywhere. Management smokes weed. Maintainer is lazy, whiny and uses crude language. I lodged quite a few repair requests, none of which are completed, and its been a half a month.
they finally got rid of the trailers which took out a dozen parking spots, but people invite guests over and parking is poorly enforced, so I still find it difficult to have a parking spot.
